ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERS OF THE
CANADIAN-INDEPENDENT GROUP OF FUNERAL HOMES
(THE “CORPORATION”)

Notice is hereby given that the twenty-fourth Annual General Meeting of the members of the Corporation will be held at the Hilton London Ontario – 300 King Street, London, Ontario Tuesday the 4th day of June 2013, at 9:00 am to:

a) Review and consider minutes of the twenty-third annual meeting
that was held in Regina, SK, on the 7th day of June 2012;

b) Receive and consider the reports of the directors;

c) To appoint auditors;

d) Elect directors and officers;

e) Transact such business as may properly come before the meeting.
