NOTICE OF THE
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERS OF THE
CANADIAN INDEPENDENT GROUP OF FUNERAL HOMES
(THE “CORPORATION”)

Notice is hereby given that the twentieth Annual General Meeting of the members of the Corporation will be held at the Delta Grand Okanagan Resort and Conference Centre – 1310 Water Street, Kelowna, BC, Thursday the 4th day of June 2009, at 8:00 a.m. to:

a) review and consider minutes of the nineteenth annual meeting
that was held in Niagara Falls, ON, on the 5th day of June 2008;

b) receive and consider the reports of the directors;

c) to appoint auditors;

d) elect directors and officers;

e) transact such business as may properly come before the meeting.
