NOTICE OF THE
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERS OF THE
CANADIAN-INDEPENDENT GROUP OF FUNERAL HOMES
(THE “CORPORATION”)

Notice is hereby given that the twenty-third Annual General Meeting of the members of the Corporation will be held at the Delta Regina – 1919 Saskatchewan Drive, Regina, Saskatchewan Thursday the 7th day of June 2012, at 11:00 a.m. to:

a) Review and consider minutes of the twenty-second annual meeting
that was held in Saint John, on the 9th day of June 2011;

b) Receive and consider the reports of the directors;

c) To appoint auditors;

d) Elect directors and officers;

e) Transact such business as may properly come before the meeting.
