ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERS OF THE
CANADIAN-INDEPENDENT GROUP OF FUNERAL HOMES
(THE “CORPORATION”)

Notice is hereby given that the twenty-second Annual General Meeting of the members of the Corporation was held at the Hilton Saint John – 1 Market Square, Saint John, New Brunswick, Thursday the 9th day of June 2011, at 10:00 a.m. to:

a) Review and consider minutes of the twenty-first annual meeting
that was held in Mont Tremblant, QC, on the 3rd day of June 2010;

b) Receive and consider the reports of the directors;

c) To appoint auditors;

d) Elect directors and officers;

e) Transact such business as may properly come before the meeting.
