NOTICE OF THE
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERS OF THE
CANADIAN INDEPENDENT GROUP OF FUNERAL HOMES
(THE “CORPORATION”)

Notice is hereby given that the twenty-first Annual General Meeting of the members of the Corporation will be held at the Fairmont Tremblant – 3045 Chemin de la Chapelle, Mont Tremblant, QC, Thursday the 3rd day of June 2010, at 8:00 a.m. to:

a) review and consider minutes of the twentieth annual meeting
that was held in Kelowna, BC, on the 4th day of June 2009;

b) receive and consider the reports of the directors;

c) to appoint auditors;

d) elect directors and officers;

e) transact such business as may properly come before the meeting.
